hello and thank you for your interest in my lucky scoops! please read this description thoroughly and contact me if you have any questions!
these scoops are specifically for ATEEZ photocards only! to purchase other groups additionally, please go to their designated listings :)
each scoop includes: 5 photocards minimum, one guaranteed member photocard of your choice, chance to get a POB, and a chance to get a lucky draw bead
lucky draw possible inclusions: photocard holder, sticker pack, album, golden ticket (all three)

75% photocards, 15% POB, 10% lucky draw (apart from being bought as add ons)

Important Notes
all photocards and albums are official
scoops and lucky draws are completely random, i can not guarantee any inclusions or number of items except for the 5 photocards minimum and 1 guaranteed bias photocard
i do not charge for packing videos, but please note that wait times can be upwards of up to 2 months depending on the amount of orders received and the date/time your order was placed
if you do not want to wait that long, there are add ons available for purchase on my website that speeds up/prioritizes your order!
some photocards may have slight damages, please do not purchase if sensitive to small imperfections
Add Ons
priority express ($10) and priority ($5) are upgrades available for purchase with your scoop orders
priority express ensures your order is shipped out, filmed, and uploaded within 1 week of your original purchase date, priority ensures the same except you are second in line behind priority express, wait times should not exceed 3 weeks
guaranteed lucky draw ($5) is an add on to your scoops order which guarantees you 1 lucky draw chance
possible inclusions include: photocard holder, sticker pack, album, golden ticket (all three) - please note that these are also random and you are not guaranteed any inclusion in particular
By ordering, you agree to the following terms:
returns/refunds are not allowed without an unboxing video and valid reason for return
not getting the inclusions, amounts, or members you wanted is not a valid reason for return
getting any item with small imperfections in your order is not a valid reason for return
you are aware that all scoops and lucky draws are completely random
you are aware that shipping times may be up to 2 months if you do not purchase a priority upgrade
not filling out the order notes correctly may result in a refund, and you are not guaranteed to getting your claims back as items tend to sell out fast
